DESCRIPTION:On 27th January 2020, H.E Governor Alex Tolgos, County Government of Elgeyo Marakwet, accompanied by Max Global  CEO Cornelius Kiplagat and officials from Tampere University of Applied Sciences paid a courtesy visit to KNCCI 1st  Chamber Vice President Dr. Ruto and Chamber CEO Angela Ndambuki to discuss on mutual partnership areas. Tampere University of Applied Sciences, one of the leading universities in Finland who are in the Country to forge partnership with KNCCI to have Chamber members and entrepreneurs benefit from Business Development Programmes in Finland in sectors of Education, Health (Nursing, Paramedics, Physiotherapy, Cancer), Pro-academia and Innovation.\nThrough this proposed partnership, KNCCI members, entrepreneurs and SMEs will have an opportunity to undergo a two weeks training on how to manage limited resources to turn a profit and grow a business among other topics.\nA proper mapping on what sectoral areas to cover will be done by the officials from Tampere University of Applied Sciences while KNCCI will focus on mapping out the entrepreneurs and SMEs suitable for this training.\n
