KNCCI CEO KK Mutai this morning received a courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Adylbek Tultemirov, Special Envoy on African Affairs and Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Ethiopia, accompanied by Mr. Timur Bektemirov, Second Secretary at the Kyrgyz Embassy in Ethiopia. They were accompanied by Isabel Itungwa, Assistant Director State Department for Foreign Affairs.

The meeting focused on the establishment and strengthening of trade relations between Kenya and the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the identification of viable investment opportunities in both countries.

Discussions highlighted the significant potential for collaboration in key sectors, leveraging Kenya’s strategic position as a regional economic hub and ’s growing investment landscape.

Both parties expressed a strong commitment to fostering closer economic ties and creating linkages that will facilitate business partnerships, market access, and knowledge exchange between the two nations.

KK Mutai welcomed the engagement, noting that the dialogue marks an important step towards building sustainable bilateral relations that will benefit the private sector and enhance economic growth.
