WHO ARE WE?
The Kenya Chamber Women in Business ( WIB ) is a sector committee in the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry ( KNCCI ) that advocates for the interest of Kenyan Women in Business
WHAT WE DO
The KNCCI WIB advocates for creation of a favorable commercial, trade and investment environment that supports enterprises expansion. The Women in Business Committee focus is to support women to successfully venture in the business sector, and highly values Small and Medium Enterprises ( SMEs ) and Micro Small and Medium Enterprises ( MSMEs ) as these are the key drivers of the Kenya Economy.
We conduct financial literacy, training and linkages with financial institutions to enhance access to finances and collaborate with development partners to position Women to benefit from available grants.
WIB conducts capacity building for Women trades with an aim of creating aspiration for them to grow their Business.
