The Kenya National Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KNCCI) CEO Mr. Samuel Matonda hosted officials from Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK) which is a university of applied sciences in the region of Pirkanmaa, Finland. They discussed on areas of collaboration in linking the business industry and the academia sector. Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK) is a professional higher education institution oriented towards working life and co-operation.

The University will train Kenyan students in Finland who would then benefit from industrial attachment, entrepreneurial mentorship and employment.

KNCCI is delighted to partner with the University to promote business, investments and industrialization policy in Kenya. The industrialization policy will assist Finnish companies to settle in Kenya and provide employment opportunities.
