
The Kenya-Hungary Business Forum is currently underway in Nairobi, uniting 15 Hungarian companies with over 50 Kenyan enterprises across five key sectors: ICT, water treatment, medical equipment, automotive, and green energy.
The Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) encouraged Hungarian investors to explore opportunities within Kenya’s priority areas—particularly value addition, industrialization, and innovation.
KNCCI also highlighted the importance of partnerships in education, urging Hungarian stakeholders to tap into Kenya’s strong human capital potential and explore avenues for enhanced academic and professional collaboration.
Filippo Amato – Head of Trade, Delegation of the European Union to Kenya during the event announced the formation of the Euro Chamber of Commerce representing companies fromm 19 European Union countries with a presence in Kenya.
