KNCCI President Dr. Erick Rutto, accompanied by KNCCI CEO KK Mutai, Nakuru Chapter Chair Ruth Ndungu and Head of Department – Membership Ann Milia , held an engagement with Saad Rahman, District Governor, Rotary, to explore opportunities for collaboration between KNCCI and Rotary.
The discussions focused on areas of mutual interest, including youth employment and mentorship, health and maternal health, WASH, environmental sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and peace and social cohesion.
The engagement provided an opportunity to explore platforms that bring together business leaders, communities and relevant stakeholders to support economic development, community well-being and business continuity.
As an immediate follow-up, Rotary invited the KNCCI President to participate as a speaker at a Rotary event in November ,focusing on peace and social cohesion, CSR, youth employment and youth mentorship.
The engagement reaffirmed KNCCI’s commitment to building strategic partnerships that create value for its members while contributing to inclusive economic development and community impact across Kenya.
