Digitization offers numerous benefits to organizations, helping them streamline operations, enhance member engagement, and improve overall efficiency.

KNCCI has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Sales House Ltd with the main objectives to digitize MSMEs, develop and publish a digital member’s database and directory. The partnership will provide essential tools and resources to help MSMEs modernize and digitize their operations. This shift is crucial for thriving in the digital marketplace, enhancing operational efficiency, and expanding their customer reach.

Both parties will work together to create a comprehensive digital directory encompassing KNCCI members from all 47 counties in Kenya. This directory will facilitate easier connections and collaborations between businesses, transcending geographical boundaries.

This partnership will be beneficial to members through;

  • Enhanced Visibility

Members will gain greater recognition among potential partners, investors, and customers, simplifying engagement.

  • Networking

The directory will foster connections with diverse businesses, locally and nationally, leading to potential collaborations and new opportunities.

  • Access to Information

It will serve as a valuable resource for identifying potential collaborators or suppliers.

  • Market Expansion

Inclusion in the directory will open doors to new markets, promoting business growth and diversification.

This partnership reflects KNCCI’s commitment to empower its members with the tools required to excel in the digital era and broaden their horizons in the ever-evolving business landscape.
