3rd Edition of the Busia Business Of the Year Awards (BOYA)

On Friday 26^th January, the KNCCI Busia Chapter recognized 22 SMEs for excellence at the Busia Business of the Year Awards. Advocating for enhanced networking, digitization, and a unified approach at OSBPs to address a widespread financial gap. Leaders attended the event from both public and private sector. Emphasizing on the need for enhanced networking and strategies to bridge financial gaps. Key points included advocating for digitized, centralized systems at One-Stop Border Posts (OSBPs), promoting active participation in National Awards for broader recognition, and emphasizing public-private synergies and sustained support to fortify Busia’s business ecosystem and its regional significance.
